DISCLAIMERS: – Images will be shot at location/s or Studio as outlined on brief. Additional locations may incur additional fees. – Travel expenses to & from shoot location by photographer additional if more than 20km. – The shoot time is not definitive. Our photographer will spend as long as they need to capture suitable images. – The above prices are for edited images supplied at the discretion of the photographer. If further rounds of edits are required, additional charges will apply. – The price does not include booking talent, sourcing props, arranging hair or makeup, backdrops etc. The client is expected to have this ready to go on arrival of scheduled photographer, or to communicate these requirements in the briefing in which case we will arrange them at an additional cost. – It is up to the client to arrange media releases for all people, locations and objects which will be captured in the shoot. We take no responsibility for gaining approval from people or locations. We can supply a media release template. – 100% deposit is required on booking. Fine-tune editing includes background tidy, blemish removal, tidy flyaway hair, teeth and eye brightening. First pass editing includes colour correction, cropping, professional contrast and minor corrections + blemish removal. – All prices shown exclude travel fee outside 20 km radius of Berwick ( South Eastern suburb, charged at 75 cents per km), advanced editing requests, talent procurement and appearance fees and professional hair and make up styling (available for $150 p/p on-site) unless otherwise shown

CANCELLATIONS OR FAILURE TO MEET DEADLINES: – Once your shoot has been booked in, all cancellations for reschedule must be received at least 2 business days prior to the build or a cancellation fee of $250 + GST will apply as we are not always able to rebook other clients for this time and a lot of administration time goes into planning and coordinating the team for the day. Details of the shoot have to be confirmed on the photo shoot brief at least 48 hours prior to the photographer prior to the shoot so the photographer can bring appropriate lighting & equipment.
